Online Meal Planning Workshop

I wholeheartedly believe that meal planning (and prep) is actually more impactful than the foods you choose to include (or not include) in your diet. It is a gateway to deep nourishment.

 

There are a million way to approach meal planning, and the best one for you is the one that fits into your life! I will guide you through multiple strategies to approach this important practice. You'll leave the workshop with a meal plan already started, and tangible tools to keep it up.

 

This online workshop is for you if:

- You're spending more than you'd like on groceries
- You want to reduce food waste
- You're winging it for dinner most nights
- You're concerned your meals lack nutritional variety
-You want to free up precious time and mental energy (yes, making the plan takes time, but it frees up so much mental load and eliminates trips to the grocery store)
 

Meal planning means making a commitment to connecting to your food choices, so you can then go deeper and start to uncover the foods and habits that make you feel energized and nourished.
